What happens when you call
A real plumber answers — here is the rest of it
No phone tree, no dispatch center reading from a script. The number goes to us.

Somebody who knows the trucks picks up
Not an answering service. Day, night, weekend or holiday, the phone goes to us — so the person you describe the problem to is the person who can tell you what it probably is.

We work out whether it is urgent
If water is running and you cannot stop it, we stay on the line and talk you through the shutoff before anything else. If it can wait until morning, we will tell you that honestly instead of selling you a night call.

You get an arrival window and a plan
We ask a few questions — the street, roughly when the house was built, what you are seeing — so the right parts are already on the truck. Then you get an honest window, and the price before any work starts.
Before you call
A few things worth knowing
What happens after I submit the quote form?
We read every submission and get back to you with next steps and an estimate window. For anything urgent, please call instead — a form is the wrong tool for a burst pipe.
What information helps you most on the first call?
The address, the age of the house, which fixtures are affected, and whether water is actively running. That is usually enough for us to arrive with the right parts on the truck.
Do you charge for the trip out?
Diagnostic service calls carry a service charge, which we tell you before we dispatch. Estimates for larger projects like water heater replacement, sewer work and repiping are free.
Can you tell me what to do while I wait?
Usually, yes. On emergency calls we walk you through shutting off the main or isolating a fixture before we arrive. Sometimes that solves it entirely and you do not need us at all — we would rather that than sell you an unnecessary trip.
Water where it should not be?
Shut off the main if you can reach it safely, then call. We will talk you through what to do next while a truck is on the way.
